I am a firm believer in Manicure Magic, and with the USA Men’s Soccer Team starting World Cup Qualifications this weekend, it’s time to come up with patriotic manicures! I saw this one done over at the Daily Varnish a few days ago and knew I had to try it out. I mean, patriotic polka dots? Yes please!
I used China Glaze White on White, Wet n Wild Saved By The Blue, and China Glaze Hey Sailor. I used White on White for the base, and then bobby slides to layer the polka dots. I really love how this turned out! I may try it with some neons this summer.
